Innovative construction materials and technologies LLC carried out experimental research to determine the strength, hardness and crack resistance of concrete elements reinforced by non-metallic composite rebar produced by Technobasalt-Invest LLC.
Experimental research consisted in testing freely reclined bendable beams reinforced by basalt rebars. In the course of research the mode of deformation of concrete and rebars in the process of loading, patterns of deformation, character of disintegration, strength, hardness and crack resistance of the beams under the influence of the moment of deflection were determined.
Data analysis was carried out and a conclusion was made that basalt rebars can be used for reinforcement of structures.
