Our primary product is continuous complex basalt fiber, which is obtained by way of drawing out elementary filaments from the melt of a natural pure raw material – basalt rock. In the process of production basalt filaments are oiled by special liquids called agents, which provide high adhesion with other materials in further applications. Secondary products are basalt roving, basalt сhopped fiber, and basalt rebar.

Bearing bar with continuous spiral ribbing formed by means of winding by basalt strip oiled in highly durable polymeric compound.

 

Segments of complex basalt fiber of a predetermined length depending on application. Unlike metal grid, provides reinforcement in all directions, has high adhesion characteristics and creates a uniform mass with concrete.

 

A bundle of continuous monodirectional basalt filaments. By its technical characteristics, Basalt roving surpasses S-glass and E-glass by many parameters, and is almost as good as carbon.
